Perseverance
From a lily blooming through
a blanket of snow,
to a handicapped marathon runner,
from the underdogs becoming champions,
to the job of repairing an abandoned home,
to running hard at pre-dawn practices
to get to the Olympics,
after being discouraged by everyone,
perseverance is vital.
