Giovanni's Shrimp Truck

On the leisurely windward coast of Oahu, the tents and tables of Giovanni's Shrimp Truck are almost filled to capacity The garlic aroma engulfs you as you approach the inked white van, littered with hundreds of creative comments and vibrant signatures, jotted down by satisfied locals and tourists. All three choices on the handwritten menu are mouthwatering scrumptious delights. An affable, tanned young local greets you with a grin, "Watchu like?" "Gahlik Shrimp wit' one scoop rice, please."
