Dear Mom,

 

You, out of much love, do my morning chores for me when I have long nights,

You make me put together my own home lunch for school,

You drive me to school each morning, even though I sometimes see you slightly falling asleep on the wheel,

You make me listen to the news and scarce amounts of music by playing KSSK every single day,

You work for hours and hours sitting on a chair and typing all day to pay my tuition for school,

You set me straight whenever I am wrong,

You console me with your heartwarming hugs and words of wisdom when I'm depressed or in despair,

You continuously yell at me for talking back even though I may not listen,

You chauffeur me to dance practice, parties, and any other events,

You won't let me go to the mall or movies without an adult,

But most of all you're my mom,

You are always there and will never fail to me,

I know you will be there twenty years from now babysitting and spoiling my children for me.
