Iolani School

Built in 1967, Iolani's Lower School (K-6) and Upper School (7-12) libraries provide a well-balanced collection of materials and technology to support student learning and to enrich the curriculum.

Centrally situated, the libraries also offer a quiet place to study.

The Upper School Library maintains several special areas to serve Iolani: Iolani School Archives, Faculty Study Room and Library Seminar Room.

The Archives collects, organizes and preserves Iolani documents, artifacts and other primary source material which promote an understanding and appreciation for the history of the school.

The Faculty Study Room provides a quiet retreat for teachers to work and to plan assignments.

The Library Seminar Room is used to teach research skills and also functions as a meeting room.
