Donald Johnson

Donald Johnson, Professor of English at East Tennessee State University, has published two collections of poems, The Importance of Visible Scars and Watauga Drawdown and served as the editor of Aethlon: The Journal of Sports Literature and of Hummers, Knucklers and Slow Curves: Contemporary American Baseball Poems.  He received the 1986 Tennessee Arts Commission Individual Artist Fellowship and the 1991 ETSU Foundation Research Award for his writing and scholarship.
