On Friday, December 10, two hundred grandparents spent the morning with their precious grandchildren. They attended a reception with Headmaster Val Iwashita followed by a kindergarten chapel. After the service, the children sang and danced. Then the honored guests watched the impressive Iolani slide show and visited the colorful kindergarten classrooms escorted by their five and six year old hosts and hostesses. The children then performed in the individual classrooms and the event culminated in a fancy (and delicious) Sugarplum Tea, which left everyone with special holiday memories to cherish for a long, long time.
