The first of two "Lunch With A Friend" events was held on October 8 in the Lower School. Students from different grade levels spent lunch period together enjoying each other's company. The fun continued through lunch recess as they took to the playgrounds and basketball courts.

"Lunch With a Friend" helps students meet new friends and strengthen ties with old friends. Days before the event, students wrote letters of introduction. On the day of the event they exchanged gifts like snacks, school supplies, and small toys.

Students learned much about their friends. Hobbies, sports, and families were topics of conversation. School subjects and teachers were popular topics too.
