As our team moves from freshmen and sophmores to juniors and seniors, our two years of experience shows in our improvement.  At the same time, we have gained many new freshmen from FLL and Botball, who will ensure that our team will remain strong in the years to come.  Our team has a total of approximately 30 students.  We have three team captains: Sean Cockey class of 2010 is our build captain, Mark Williams class of 2010 is our programming captain, and Lauren Faris class of 2011 is our administrative captain.  Winston Dang is our head coach for VEX, Jeff Malins from Datahouse, Inc. is our head coach for FRC, and Gail Tuthill is our faculty advisor.  Captain Mike Cockey, Errol Wong, and Mr. and Mrs. Buto, parents of some of our members, also help us out a lot with food, trip chaperones, and coaching. 

This year our team has startes experimenting with a project plan-based system.  All tasks go on our project plan, a spreadsheet in google docs, with a clear deadline and responsibility.  On certain days the responsible person is required to turn in an update to make sure all tasks are going according to plan.  The project manager makes sure everything is running smoothly and keeps everything on task.  This system as allowed our team to have better time management, and allows every single member to be aware of what is going on with the team at any given time.
